Menu to survive the sedentary lifestyle of the coronavirus quarantine

Ingredients:

  • 375 ml coconut milk
  • 125 ml of water
  • 80 gr of oat flakes
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 8 tablespoons of coconut or whole sugar
  • Grated coconut
  • Nuts
  • Pieces of chocolate

Preparation:

  1. We put the coconut milk to heat. When the coconut milk is hot, we will add the oats.
  2. We will let the oatmeal cook well, about 5 minutes, to finally remove it from the heat. We crush the mixture and add sugar and cocoa.
  3. We decorate with coconut, chocolate chips, or fruit. It is a satisfying dessert, perfect when we have cravings, and we can add the ingredients that we like the most.
