2. Don’t overdo it with exercise
Andy believes that people sometimes train too much and get injured or don’t see the results they want. “The body needs to recover after exercising, so I recommend a rest day between workouts.”
3. Rest is important
“Rest and sleep are factors that greatly contribute to how I look,” says Andy, who also claims not to eat too late, be in bed before midnight, and one of the most important things for him, sleep in a totally dark room and without the phone.
