This grandfather knows that it is complicated, but he recommends concentrating on living in the now, enjoying the present moment and not thinking about the past and the future.
Andy describes himself as “living proof” that he can be fit and toned after age 50. He hopes his story will help more people lead healthy lives like his, and who knows, maybe we will look so good when we become grandparents.
